This is our service team. From left to right: Rick Bolich. Rick is our technology specialist. He keeps our computers humming, answers phones, helps with pricing and drawing, and organizes all the parts necessary to complete your project. You might even see him unloading your cabinets.
Next up is Tim Kough. Tim is the operations manager. He does all the scheduling for deliveries and installation. Tim brings tremendous customer service skills to a very difficult job. His goal is to make you happy. He also runs the contractor division for builders so he knows a lot about kitchen design and how all the parts go together.
To his left is me, Dan Thompson. The buck stops here. I have been doing this a long time. I critique every job before it gets ordered so I am familiar with your job. If you have any questions about your project, let me know.
Finally we have Eric Brantingham. Eric does all the deliveries and service calls. He is a touch up and repair magician. From installing the last piece of crown to sanding and filling a gouge from your six year old, Eric is your man.
